As with our web design, our brochures are created by our award winning graphic design provider. Nothing highlights a property more than a professionally designed brochure. The direct mail campaign usually combines both buyers from our database and purchased mail lists custom tailored to meet the demographics of our most likely buyers. For those campaigns where the seller has chosen not to use direct mail, we still build a custom designed brochure, just as it were going to be printed, and produce it in a digital format that is placed on our website for all interested parties to view.
